Amazing service, both from the administrative side and the mechanical side. They are always friendly, never make an issue about getting quotes or prices which is something I’ve experienced as a negative with previous companies. Their customer service is top notch and Brian has helped me telephonically himself and was very friendly and helpful! The affordability is great and jobs are done well and car stays maintained! Haven’t had an issue with them and also happy to support a family owned business.
I purchased a used truck off of Brian on December 16 of 2023, and it turned into a nightmare. I immediately fell in love with my truck and was incredibly happy with my purchase at the beginning. Upon bringing it home, it immediately had a few issues, but Brian was working with me to get them straightened out, and I was satisfied. Fast forward two months to February 16, 2024, and I'm stranded on the side of the highway the morning after he installed a new oil pump in my truck. One of his sons installed it and used so much silicone during reassembly that it pushed into the pan, clogged the oil pickup, and starved my engine of oil. I have photographic evidence of this on the invoice from a machine shop. So I had the truck towed back to Brian, and that's when the helpfulness went right out the window. He outright refused to repair my truck properly with an engine rebuild. The only solution he offered was to "throw a junkyard engine in similar kilometers." Or to sell it back to him after I had fallen in love with it. So I had to have it towed away from his shop so I could have it repaired correctly. Thankfully, I purchased a used vehicle warranty which covered a majority of the expenses, but about 2000$ extra came out of my pocket.
Was our go to shop for oil changes on our 2014 Hyundai Elantra but we sold it and upgraded. They also topped our AC unit up every spring on the same vehicle. We may make our way back one day! 100% recommend
Bought a 2007 harley ultra classic. Both Brian and his son did everything they could to accommodate me. I'm from out of town so they made sure whenever I could make it they helped me out. Had a hood latch issue. Checked it and it was just needing some cleaning. Put the grill back on and had it ready in less than an hour. Charges were less than an hour shop time as well. Good garage I will be going back for my Mike's Delivery vans service needs.
I bought a used car from Brian last year. It was a bit of a high end and pricey car. Brian assured me that it was mechanically fine and even offered to me that I could bring it back if there was a problem. Well, the car is great, runs fine. I took it to a manufacturer's dealership for oil changes and checkup... and everything is ok. I am pleased with Brian's honesty and full disclosure on the purchase of my car from him.
