Very knowledgeable and helpful towards the buying process. Amazing service !!! Always helpful with any questions or issues after purchasing my vehicle. I will definitely recommend going there for a new or used car

This place is stupid for parts one of the technicians didn’t even know what I was talking about it took the first guy I actually called to figure it out??

I've waited months to write this review, mainly because I was extremely frustrated with the service department and the managers' lack of communication. So here it is: the wife purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EUV last summer. This past May, the charger cable that connects from your house to the EV wouldn't charge her vehicle. So, being the mechanical person I am and having some commonsense. I tried plugging the house cable for the car to other wall plugs, as well as stove plug and dryer plug. As these cables are removable from plug to plug, anyway, no luck. So she makes an appointment with Dennis Searles for service. I drop the car off and explained the issue as well as what I did to come to the conclusion of it being the cable. 3 hours later, the wife tells me the car is ready, I get another drive back into Caledonia to pick up the car. Here's where I begin to get frustrated, the service manager tells the service employee to charge my wife $147.00 for testing and repair. I tell him the car has 17,000km and is under warranty. After a bit of losing it will them, I asked to speak with the manager. But he's off enjoying a lunch break, I asked for him to be called and to return to the dealer as I wanted to speak with him. No luck they give me the keys and says to return in 15 minutes, so i do this. After returning another mechanic who heard my frustrating conversation, take a look at the cable and searched GM's database and finds that the unit is defective by serial number. So now they ordered a new unit, but again, I wanted to speak with the service manager. Once home, I called him, and he explained that their mechanic said he got the original cable to work. I ask how, as it still won't charge the vehicle, the service manager tells me we need to wiggle the cable. Here I'm still frustrated as I know you DON'T want to play around with 120v, never mind 240v. But Dennis Searle highly trained EV mechanic came up with this solution, so I told the manager if he realized what 240v could do to a person. All he could say is we are looking for a new unit and would let us know. On that read below GM's latest recall. Quote from GM's. Some units of the 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV and 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV may have defective Webasto high-voltage portable charging cords that increase the risk of electrical shock under certain circumstances, prompting GM to issue Safety Recall N232407300 for these affected vehicles.

I took my truck here for a recall repair and they damaged my vehicle ultimately telling me that it was not caused during the recall repair. The sales manager told me that they had before and after pictures yet would only provide me with the after pictures. Talking to the service manager was a waste of time and he didn't seem to care at all. Very condescending and dismissive. He told me to call GM which of course was a waste of time because they only believe him. Interestingly enough a friend with a similar vehicle had the same recall repair done at Searles and when he left his airbag light was on. He had a similar experience and Searles refused to correct the problem. I will never attend this dealership ever again. If they can't handle a recall repair they don't deserve my business.

Nailed me for a $30 brake inspection on a car with original brakes with 93000 km. As if i didnt know i needed new brakes. The oil change was fine i hope.

never go here they will sell the truck from under your nose i went to get a truck here the owner dennis was to hold a truck for till i git the financing well i approved for the truck and when i called them 2 days later he told me they sold on me i will never shop here nor should anyone else go here only if you want to be treated vary bad

Great selection of vehicles, decently priced with good sales. Is everything that you would expect from a dealership. Staff was friendly, however no one went above beyond for us. Got to see inside the vehicle that we were interested in once we asked, got a quote and all of our question answered.

Thank you O Doolittle for taking the time to post your review we appreciate it. We do recognize there is always room for improvement and that we are not perfect sometimes it does take some interpretation to find the right parts as some customers will call parts by different names than what is posted in the catalog. We will endeavour to raise the bar to meet our future customers expectations
